The 700BC is a set of combination refrigerator/freezer drawers, upper drawer refrigerator, lower drawer freezer. Sub-Zero’s published specification for it lists integrated design accepts custom wood or stainless steel drawer panels (classic, platinum and carbon finishes), front venting with removable kickplate. It is a discontinued model — Sub-Zero flags the whole series as legacy and routes it to its legacy product specifications. A machine of this age is normally kept rather than replaced, and that is the ordinary economics of a built-in Sub-Zero. The 700 Series guide labels the callout Product Rating Plate on a diagram but never says in words where it sits, so a technician finds it on site. Ventilation clearance at the grille is the first thing lost when a kitchen is refitted around a unit of this size, and it is the most common root cause we find.
