Sub-Zero undercounter & drawers repair

The UC-24CI is a 24″ Undercounter combination refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Sub-Zero lists it in its legacy Undercounter Refrigeration product listing. It is a discontinued model — Sub-Zero flags the whole series as legacy and routes it to its legacy product specifications. A twenty-year-old cabinet of this kind is usually worth keeping running, which is why these models still make up much of our work. Ventilation clearance at the grille is the first thing lost when a kitchen is refitted around a unit of this size, and it is the most common root cause we find.

Key Features

  • 24" Undercounter combination refrigerator/freezer with ice maker

FAQ

Sub-Zero UC-24CI FAQ

Yes. Sub-Zero flags the whole series as legacy and routes it to its legacy product specifications. We still see the UC-24CI regularly, because a machine of this age is generally kept rather than replaced.

Sub-Zero describes the UC-24CI as a 24" Undercounter combination refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.

With the UC-24CI switched off at its supply, clearing stored items away from the grille and vacuuming the accessible grille area is sensible. Altering the cabinetry is a job to plan with the technician who sees it.
