If your Sub-Zero appliance is still within its manufacturer warranty period, we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s more cost-effective to route the repair through Sub-Zero directly or have us handle it. Outside of that manufacturer coverage, every repair we complete carries our own 30-day workmanship guarantee. Parts may carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
